If your score is over 15, you're doing brilliantly. Choose one or two areas that you may like to work on and set aside time to think about how to create change. One of the most important factors in the change process is creating a sense of urgency. Make sure you complete one action step in the next few days.
If your score is between 10 and 15, you're not doing too badly. Don't try to change everything overnight. Begin by making small changes. You may find it helpful to try a guided meditation or an eBook to keep you focused.
