Do I need a Paypal account to purchase from your store? No, you don't need a Paypal account. You are able to use your credit card once you are taken through to the Paypal payment gateway.

How will I receive the product I purchased? All of our products are delivered to your email address immediately upon purchase.

I purchased a product and it hasn't arrived. Products are delivered to your email address as soon as your payment goes through. If you have paid by eCheque you will need to wait until this clears (approximately one week). If you haven't received an email with your product, please check your spam folder.

I'm not happy with the product I purchased. If you're dissatisfied with one of our products, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.  Please contact us for details.

Do you personally guarantee the member coaches on your site? When coaches and therapists apply to become a member of our site we do some screening to ensure they are credible however we are unable to offer any guarantees about the way they work or the service they offer. We do, however, take our professional reputation very seriously so if you have any concerns about a member listed on our website, please let us know.

I can't find a coach in my area. Many coaches offer their services over telephone and Skype as well as face-to-face. Read through a few of the coach profiles and you'll see who might be able to help.

I want to start a Change Project Group but don't have anyone else interested. Get in touch if this is the case and if we can, we'll put you in touch with others who are in the same position.

My friends are located in different parts of the world. Can we still set up a Change Project Group? Absolutely. You can run your meetings over Skype.
