Start by reading a blog post or two. You'll start to get a sense of where you might want to create change.
Then maybe try a guided meditation MP3 or an eBook to help you create just a small amount of change in your life.
Go easy on yourself. Change is often uncomfortable and can take time.
If you get stuck on your own, look around on the directory for someone who might be able to help.
Reach out to a couple of friends and set up your own Change Project Group. You'll find everything you need to work through the process of change here.
